Washington Nationals trade Matt Capps to Minnesota Twins for Wilson Ramos, pitcher
The Washington Nationals have traded closer Matt Capps to the Minnesota Twins in exchange for catching prospect Wilson Ramos and minor league pitcher Joe Testa.
