Rays activate slugger Pena, Rangers put Cruz on DL

TAMPA (Reuters) - The Texas Rangers and Tampa Bay Rays both made roster moves on Monday ahead of the opening game of their three-game set with Texas losing a slugger to injury and the Rays regaining one of their injured power hitters.
